Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website and get UK immigration help, regardless of ability. Last updated: [Date].

Our commitment

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Under the Equality Act 2010 we also want to make sure disabled clients aren't put at a disadvantage in accessing our services.

What we've done

Known limitations

This is a demonstration website and a work in progress. Known gaps we plan to address before launch include: full keyboard testing of the interactive booking calendar, screen-reader testing with real assistive technology (NVDA/VoiceOver), and accessible PDF/Word versions of key documents.

Alternative formats

If you need information from this website in a different format — large print, audio, or plain text — contact us at info@immigrationassistance.london or 07588 447818 and we'll do our best to help within a reasonable timeframe.

Reporting an accessibility problem

If you find a problem not listed here, or something that's difficult to use, please let us know — it helps us fix it for everyone. Contact us using the details above, or via our contact page.

Template statement for a demonstration site. Before launch: run an automated audit (e.g. axe or Lighthouse), test with a screen reader, and update the "known limitations" section to reflect real findings.
