Cookie Policy

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Some are essential for the site to work; others help us understand how it's used or deliver relevant advertising. Similar technologies include browser localStorage, which some parts of this site use to remember your preferences without sending data to a server.

Cookies used on this website

Category Purpose Status on this site
Strictly necessaryBasic site functionality (e.g. remembering the mobile menu state)Active — no consent required
AnalyticsUnderstanding how visitors use the site — which pages are read, which links are used, and whether visitors arrived from a search engine or another websiteActive — our own measurement only, using no cookies. A random reference is held in your browser's sessionStorage for the length of your visit and is discarded when you close the tab, so it cannot recognise you on a later visit. We do not record your IP address, and no third party receives this data. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is recorded at all.
AdvertisingMeasuring ad performance (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Pixel conversion tracking)Not yet enabled — will require your consent via a cookie banner when added

No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set on this website. Our visitor measurement is first-party and cookieless, and it is described in the table above. If advertising or third-party analytics are ever added, a consent banner will be introduced first, blocking those scripts until you accept them.

Client Portal & CRM demo

The staff CRM and client portal demo areas of this site use your browser's localStorage to save sample data locally on your own device, purely so the demo works without a server. This is not shared with us or any third party, and is cleared if you clear your browser data.

How to control cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect how parts of this website function. For more general guidance, see the ICO's guide to cookies.
