Where you have permitted advertising measurement and then verified your account, a campaign click identifier may be bound to that account for up to 30 days. A successful receipt can then be measured using only that identifier, an opaque transaction reference, receipt time and GBP value. Refund corrections use the original opaque reference without uploading your click identifier again. Cookie settings withdraw this permission even after you sign out, using a random revocation-only reference stored in this browser. It cannot access your account, reveal case information or grant permission. Private-page browsing and application answers remain excluded from visitor tracking.
Optional visitor and advertising measurement are off until you accept them. Rejecting optional cookies does not restrict the site. Your choice is remembered on this browser for up to 180 days using localStorage, after which we ask again. You can change it using “Cookie settings” at the bottom left. Withdrawing an accepted choice clears our temporary visitor reference and stored campaign attribution, stops future optional visitor beacons, reloads the live page to stop the Google tag, and removes accessible first-party _gcl_ cookies; save any form entries first. Previously collected data is subject to Google’s retention and deletion controls. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable both optional visitor and Google advertising measurement. Past aggregate records are not retroactively linked to applicants or reconstructed; legacy measurement may have counted some visits twice and is identified as uncertain in our reports.
The client portal and staff CRM use secure session cookies to authenticate your account. Case records are stored by the firm and access is controlled by the server; clearing browser data does not delete your case. Sign out on shared devices.
Start Application also counts anonymous visits and starts using a separate per-tab reference. These counts contain no form answers, email addresses or account identifiers and are never joined to applicants. Measurement records are retained for up to 365 days and excluded after that period. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are honoured.
