They are separate from our Terms of Business, which only apply once you formally instruct us as a client — see your client care letter for those.

3. Automated assistants

The live-chat and WhatsApp assistants are automated tools. They can provide general information from our approved knowledge base and help arrange a consultation, but they are not a regulated adviser and their messages are not legal advice. Ask for a person whenever your question depends on your circumstances, involves a deadline or complex immigration history, or could affect a legal decision.

4. Accounts and passwords

If you're given access to the client portal, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We're not liable for losses arising from website downtime, inaccuracies in general content, or your reliance on content without taking regulated advice.
