Government and third-party charges are separate. Company sponsor licence applications cost £500–£1,000 depending on complexity. We confirm the scope and fee in writing; no conversation guarantees eligibility or a Home Office decision.
The 45-minute consultation must be completed and paid. A cancelled, unpaid or refunded consultation does not qualify for credit.
We must be able to act within our authorised scope. The application must be for the same person, with its service and fee confirmed in writing.
Accept the application engagement within 90 days of completing the consultation. The credit is reserved for that application and honoured within the agreed invoice terms.
For an agreed £500 individual application, the £45 credit leaves £455 to pay. Your quote, care letter and invoice show the credit; it is not a second charge or another receipt.
One consultation credit can be used once, against one eligible individual application. It cannot be transferred to another person, shared across a family, used for government or third-party costs, or assumed to cover a company sponsor licence. If a qualifying consultation is later refunded, our team reviews the credit and any agreed application before making a change.
The detailed consultation gives time for a focused professional discussion. It does not include preparing or submitting an application unless that work is separately agreed. No call, consultation or application service guarantees a Home Office outcome.

Your existing booking keeps the service and duration agreed when you booked. These new options do not change existing appointments, signed engagements or paid-case review appointments.
Yes, within the scope we agree. Sponsor licence applications cost £500–£1,000 depending on complexity. Each family member’s individual application has its own £500 professional fee, review and permissions. One person’s payment does not give access to another adult’s private information.
