If you're unhappy with any part of our service, please tell us — most concerns are resolved quickly through a direct conversation with your caseworker. If you'd prefer to raise it formally, email info@immigrationassistance.london marked "Complaint", call us on 07588 447818, or write to us at Unit HD15, Barking Enterprise Centre, 50 Cambridge Road, Barking, IG11 8FG. There is no charge for making a complaint.
We'll confirm we've received your complaint and who is handling it.
A senior member of the team not involved in your matter will review what happened, including your file and correspondence.
We'll write to you with our findings and, where appropriate, what we'll do to put things right. If we need longer, we'll explain why and give you a new date.
