Frequently Asked Questions

Your questions, answered in full

What to expect from working with us — how we operate, what you pay, and what happens at each stage.

Yes. Every visitor to the site can book a free 30-minute consultation, at no cost and with no obligation. It is your opportunity to understand your options before you decide anything.

It is the professional fee for one immigration application, covering the case review, your document checklist, preparation of the application and supporting representations, ongoing communication, help with submission and a review of the decision. Home Office and other third-party costs are billed separately.

No. The £500 professional fee stays the same whatever the application type, however complex the case, however many documents are involved, or however long we spend preparing it.

Costs set by third parties, not by us — the Home Office application fee, the Immigration Health Surcharge, biometrics, priority services, translation, courier charges, and any barrister or expert fees. We set these out in full before you commit to anything.

By debit or credit card, bank transfer, a secure payment link, or over the phone. You receive a single invoice for the whole matter, and work begins once it is paid and your documents are signed.

Once you have confirmed you wish to proceed, signed your client care documents and paid the £500 fee. At that point we open your file, assign your caseworker and activate your client portal.

Yes. WhatsApp is one of our principal channels. During working hours, a member of our team responds directly; outside those hours, our assistant can help and arrange a callback.

No. No responsible adviser can guarantee a Home Office decision, and you should be wary of any who claim otherwise. What we can promise is careful preparation, candid advice and a thorough review before anything is submitted.

Yes. Every application goes through an internal review, and you read and approve the final draft yourself. Nothing is submitted without your written sign-off.

We can review the refusal letter with you and assess whether a stronger fresh application sits within our authorised scope. We do not provide administrative reviews, appeals, court representation or tribunal work, and where you need specialist representation, we will point you to it.

Through whichever channel suits you — WhatsApp, email, phone or your client portal — with anything material confirmed in writing, and updates at set points while you wait for a decision.

We are based in London and work with clients across the UK and overseas, through online consultations, WhatsApp and your client portal.
