A fee agreed for your caseGovernment passport charges are separate. No payment is needed to request a callback.
Who this service is for
- You are applying for your first adult British passport.
- You recently became British through naturalisation or registration.
- You need help organising nationality and identity evidence.
Confirm your nationality evidence
A first adult passport application requires the appropriate British nationality status and evidence. Naturalisation or registration documents, birth details and family history may be relevant. If nationality is uncertain, we discuss the separate assessment needed before a passport application.
Prepare a complete application
We help you organise the information and supporting documents appropriate to your circumstances, check consistency and explain the next steps. HM Passport Office may ask for further information or an interview. You must provide accurate information and approve your application.
Applying from outside the UK
Overseas passport applications follow their own process. Tell us the country where you live so we can identify the relevant guidance. Do not assume UK application arrangements or processing times apply overseas.
What to prepare
These are useful starting points, not a complete document checklist. We confirm the evidence needed for your circumstances.
- Your naturalisation or registration certificate, where applicable
- Relevant birth and family records
- Any current or previous non-British passports
- Details of any name changes
What happens next
- Tell us your situation. Leave your contact details and a brief description. Do not send identity documents through the enquiry form.
- Discuss the right next step. We contact you for an initial 15-minute call about the service you need.
- Agree the work and fee. We explain the proposed scope, professional fee and separate government charges before you decide to proceed.
How much does it cost?
Passport assistance is quoted individually. Our £500 individual immigration application fee does not automatically apply to passport work. Any nationality assessment or citizenship application is scoped separately. You can apply directly to HM Passport Office without using a paid representative.
Official guidance
Read the official GOV.UK guidance. Guidance checked on 29 October 2026. Government requirements and charges can change; check the official information when applying.
For naturalisation or registration, see British citizenship assistance.
